Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Spoofit. By completing checkout, you agree to them.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18, the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase. Use Spoofit only on devices and accounts you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for following applicable law and the rules of services used with simulated location.

You may not use Spoofit to facilitate harm, evade emergency services, access another person’s accounts, misrepresent location for fraud, or violate another person’s rights.

Trial and recurring billing

Checkout authorizes a payment method for $0. The seven-day trial starts after Spoofit reports a successful installation. Unless canceled before the date displayed at activation, the selected plan automatically renews at $9.99 each month or $79.99 each year, plus applicable tax. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

You can cancel through the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal states otherwise. Except where law requires otherwise, completed subscription charges are nonrefundable. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported through the billing support information on your receipt.

Installation and availability

Spoofit requires compatible Apple hardware, operating-system settings, an Apple account for signing, LocalDevVPN, and periodic reinstallation or renewal. Apple and third-party service changes can interrupt installation or operation. Simulated GPS may not affect services that use other location signals, and services may detect or restrict simulated location.

Privacy and account security

The Privacy Policy explains the limited billing and device information processed by Spoofit. Never send an Apple password or pairing file to Spoofit support. Keep setup codes and installer access private.

Service changes and termination

We may update the software to maintain security, compatibility, or subscription enforcement. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, abuse, chargebacks, or material violation of these terms. Where practical, paid access continues through the applicable period after ordinary cancellation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spoofit disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party service decisions, lost access caused by Apple signing expiration, or indirect and consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
